Sale of Unused Electrical, Lighting, OHL, HSE & General Materials
Location: Ghala and Halban, Oman
 Items Included:
OHL Materials: Steel angles, channels, plates, bolts & nuts, copper lugs, insulators, clamps, earth rods, dead ends, shackles, plates, and safety accessories.
Cable Trays & Accessories: Heavy-duty ladder, perforated, and GI trays (up to 800mm) with support, Unistrut cantilever arms, base supports, and stainless steel cable ties.
 Electrical Materials: MCBs, MCCBs, AC contactors, isolators, distribution boards, current transformers, fire alarm wires, emergency & exhaust lights, ignitors, metal halide, mercury, sodium lamps, cable lugs, connectors, electrical glands, earth rods, cables, insulated gloves, terminal blocks, tube fittings, transmission oil.
 Explosion Proof Materials: Junction boxes, cable ties, lugs, conduits, lights, sockets, switches, locknuts, transmitters, valves, clamps, fire safety detectors, fans, panels, bolts, washers, and accessories. Electrical Fittings: Brass/PVC glands, lugs, conduits, junction boxes, switches, fuse units, emergency lights, sockets, cable ties, and mounting hardware.
Lighting Materials: CFL & LED lamps, floodlights, tube lights, emergency & exit lights, spotlights, LED panels, streetlights, fixtures, switches, bulbs, and accessories.
HSE & General Supplies: Fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, safety belts, sign boards, weighing scales, cupboards, cleaning supplies, gas stove, water filters, tools, and clamps.

Additional Details
-         VAT charges 5% shall be extra from the total price.
-         Transportation, loading, and unloading to be managed by bidders on both ends.
 -         Bidding will be conducted on a lumpsum basis for above each category

5.     The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of the winning bidder will be forfeited if they fail to comply with the compliance letter, make payment on time, or collect the materials within the specified period
6.      The Payment proof of EMD should  be  shared to shankar.nainar@rayoman.com & deepak.rao@rayoman.com and call and inform Mr. Shankar Nainar (Mob.: +968 9367 9125)also needs to updated as part of Tender  submission
7.      The Winning Bidder shall pay the full amount to the same bank account where the EMD was deposited, as mentioned above.
